工程监理（36学时）课程简介

《建设工程监理概论》是工程管理专业的专业必修课。课程紧密联系我国工程建设项目监理的实际情况，全面系统地介绍了与工程实际相关的一些重要的监理知识，主要内容包括：工程建设监理的基本概念；工程监理单位及监理工程师；工程建设监理组织；工程建设监理规划编制内容及方法；工程建设质量控制；工程建设进度控制；工程建设投资控制；工程建设监理的组织协调；工程建设监理相关法规等。

通过该课程的学习,使学生了解工程建设监理的基本概念，掌握必要的基础知识,具有一定的分析处理与工程监理相关的实际问题的能力。为今后的学习、工作打下必要的基础。依据我国工程建设管理的法体法规和建设工程监理制度的相关规定，在现有建设工程监理理论的基础上，结合工程项目监理的实践认识，比较全面地阐述了建设工程监理的基本任务、方法和手段。教学内容上力求知识性和实践性的结合，避免过多的理论概念，突出职业教育的针对性和实用性，以满足工程管理类专业和工程建设领域其他专业学生学习的需要。

Engineering Project Supervisor

Teaching Purpose: Introduction to Construction Supervision is aimed to enable the students to grasp the basic concepts, theories, methods and rules concerning with construction supervision. It is committed to training the students to analyze and solve the basic engineering problems with their learned theories and methods, so that the idea of “Abiding by laws, Integrity, Justice and Science” will be established initially.

Teaching Contents: Introduction to Construction Supervision is one of the basic courses for students major in engineering management. Closely connected with the practice in China, the course systematically introduces the basic features of construction supervision as well as the relevant regulations. In addition, it deals with the theories and methods on managing construction supervision enterprises, compiling the supervision planning, coordinating and controlling constructions.

Teaching Methods: Theoretical teaching and practical teaching are both adopted. Multimedia teaching is the main way to deliver the theories, and meanwhile, case teaching and course assignments are arranged during the course.
