工程项目管理（36学时）课程简介

该课程是工程管理类专业学生的专业核心基础课程之一。本课程的目的是在学生已经掌握本专业所必须的相关专业基础课程知识基础上，通过本课程内容的教学与实践，从项目全寿命周期的视角培养学生发现、分析、研究、解决工程项目管理实际问题的基本能力。

在教学内容上注重理论和实践的结合，在理论教学上立足于建设工程项目整个建设实施的全过程，重点讲授建设工程项目管理的基本思想、管理方法、管理手段，使学生树立系统的、集成化的建设工程项目全过程管理理念，重点掌握建设工程项目组织技术与方法，结构分解与目标系统建立的思想与方法，工程项目的费用、进度、质量管理与控制的主要技术、方法、手段以及建设工程健康安全与环境管理、合同管理和信息管理的主要技术与方法；在实践上注重一定比例的案例教学学时，并辅之以专题讲座和课程作业等有指导的实践性教学环节，进一步使学生在发现、分析、研究、解决实际问题的基本能力方面得到训练。此外，本课程还将通过有指导的课外课程参考文献阅读，培养学生的自主学习能力，使学生对本学科领域的发展动态和趋势有所了解。

Engineering Project Management (36 class hours)

“Engineering project management” is the professional compulsory course for students with a major in Engineering Management. The purpose of this course based on the relevant professional knowledge that students had mastered is to cultivate and train students to discover, analyze, study and solve the practical problems in the process of engineering project management through teaching and practice. In the theory of teaching based on the entire process of the construction project implementation, the basic ideas and management methods, management tools of civil engineering project management were emphatically instructed to make the students construct the systemic, integrated concepts in the whole process of construction project management. Learners would focus on mastering organization and techniques methods of construction project, the ideas and methods of establishing and decomposing the target system of project, the key technologies and main methods of cost, schedule, quality control & management and the content and methods of construction health safety and environment management, contract management and information management. In the practice of teaching, some project case going with special lecture and course work will be put into execution in order to improve farther the basic capability of discovering, analyzing, studying and solving the practical problems. What’s more, in order to train and bring up self-learned ability of students and make learners know trends and current developments, some classical extracurricular references and famous journal in this field will be introduced.
