项目计划与控制（54学时）课程简介
项目计划与控制是项目管理的核心部分，也是整个项目运行过程中历时最长和消耗资源最多的环节。“项目计划与控制（54学时）”属于工程管理（项目管理）专业的专业主干课程，通过本课程教学，使学生掌握项目进度、资源、费用、质量等方面计划与控制的内容、方法和工具，熟练使用Project软件进行具体工程项目的计划与控制可视化操作，培养学生实践能力。
本门课程教学内容共分为7章。

Project Plan and Control (54 class hours) Introduction
Project plan and control is the chief process of project management consuming most sources and time. Project Plan and Control (54 class hours) is the major course for the Department of Engineering Management (& Project Management). The purpose of this course is to enable students to master the contents, methods and tools of how to plan and control the process schedule, resource, cost and quality et al. in the infrastructure projects. Moreover, this course helps the students to use Project or P3 software skillfully for visualization operations of project plan and control, and emphasis on the students’ ability of knowledge practicing in real world.
There are 7 chapters in the course:

Chapter 3: Plan and balance of project resource
Chapter 4: Plan and control of project cost
