国际投资学（36学时）课程简介

国内投资跨越国界便为国际投资，但国际投资较国内投资在体制、环境、政策、法律、文化、汇率等方面更为复杂，可谓更多的机会与更大的风险相伴随，但却是经济、金融日益全球化趋势下，企业做强、做大的必然选择。国际投资学旨在为政府管理部门、跨国公司、投资银行其他金融机构培养具有国际视野的理论研究、跨国投资业务监管和操作的综合型人才。

具体本门课程主要包括三大部分：

第一部分为理论篇，包括第一、第二章，着重界定国际投资的性质、意义、与其他相关学科的区别与联系，以及发达国家国际投资理论的借鉴意义。

第二部分为方式篇，包括第三、四、五、六，四章内容，分别从国际直接投资方式、国际间接投资方式、国际投资创新方式和国际外汇投资四个角度比较分析和讲授了国际投资与国内投资的区别、联系、复杂性和风险性，及其操作原理。其中国际直接投资方式中着重于跨国并购，间接投资方式中着重于对冲基金，同时对国际投资中必可避免的外汇投资与外汇交易予以系统讲授。

第三部分为风险管理篇，亦即第七章。着重从国家风险、法律风险、企业经营风险和外汇风险四个角度系统讲授企业跨国投资中所面临的主要风险及其相应的管理方法。

International Investment (36 class hours)

Domestic investment across national boundaries is referred to as international investment. However International investment is more complicated than domestic investment in many respects such as systems, environments, policies, laws, cultures, exchange rates, and etc. Under the increasingly trend of economic and financial globalization, International investment will face much more opportunities along with greater risks, but it is still an inevitable choice for enterprises to develop stronger and larger.

International investment is designed to cultivate Comprehensive talent who will have abilities of International Perspective research, international investment supervision and operation for government management departments, multinational companies, investment Banks, and other financial institutions.

This course mainly includes three parts：

The first part is the theory, including the first and second chapter. Focus on defining the nature of the international investment , and it’s significance, the differences and relations with other subjects, and the reference significance Of developed countries international investment theory for Chinese enterprises.

The second part is the way, including the third, four, five, and six chapters. mainly comparative analysis between international investment and Domestic investment about direct investment way, indirect investment way, Innovate investment way, forex investment and foreign exchange transactions, and then to found the difference between international investment and domestic investment in differences and relations , complexity and risks, and its operation principle. This part focuses on cross-border M&A in international direct investment way; hedge funds in Indirect investment way; forex investment and foreign exchange transactions in all kinds of international investment ways.

The last part is the risk management, including chapter seven. Focus on analyzing and evaluating enterprise international investment’ Country Risk, legal Risk, Operational Risk and Foreign Exchange Risk; and then founding different corresponding management methods.
