国际项目管理（36学时）课程简介

本课程中所谓国际项目，是指一个建设项目的参与者来自不止一个国家，并且按照国际上通用的项目管理模式进行管理的工程。从我国的角度看，既包括我国工程单位在海外参与的工程，也包括大量的国内涉外工程，如利用世界银行等国际金融组织的贷款项目，因而属于国际经济合作范畴。《国际工程管理》根据国际建筑市场发展和国际工程管理的研究和实践，全面、系统地介绍了国际建筑市场的形成、特点和发展变化，国际建筑市场结构分析，国际大型承包商发展战略，国际建筑市场准入与技术壁垒，国际工程招标与投标，国际工程计量与估价，国际工程合同管理，国际工程风险管理，国际工程保险与担保，国际工程材料和设备采购管理以及国际工程项目现场管理。

International Project Management (36 class hours)

The so-called international projects in this course, refers to a construction project participants from more than one country, and the management of the project in accordance with common international project management. From our perspective, both our engineering units to participate in overseas projects, including a large number of domestic foreign projects, such as the World Bank and other international financial organizations loan projects, and thus belong to the scope of international economic cooperation. According to the study and practice of international construction market development and international project management, the course provides comprehensive and systematic introduction to the formation of the international construction market, changes in the characteristics and development, includes the international construction market structure analysis, large international contractor development strategy, international construction and technical barriers to market access, international project bidding and tendering, the international engineering measurement and valuation, international contract management engineering, international project risk management, insurance and guarantees of international projects, international project management and procurement of materials and equipment on-site management of international projects.
