项目决策理论与方法（36学时）课程简介

项目决策理论与方法（36学时）系统讲授建设项目投资决策理论与方法及其应用。主要内容包括：建设项目投资决策前提，建设项目的提出与规划，建设项目系统分析及关键问题的确定，建设项目实施方案的产生，建设项目现金流量的确定，建设项目融资决策，建设项目经济评价，建设项目多目标决策，建设项目不确定性与风险分析，建设项目多主体决策等内容。

整个课程遵循的主导思想是：将问题提出、环境分析和投资主体行为模拟贯穿于决策过程的始终，让决策技能和方法为在特定环境下解决关键问题的个性化决策主体服务。形成问题导向、环境依赖、方法支持、过程控制、风险分担的建设项目投资决策模式。

Theory and Methods of Project Decision-making (36 class hours)

Theory and Methods of Project Decision (36 hours) system introduces decision theory and its application of construction project investment. The main contents include: requirements of construction project investment decisions, the planning and construction of the project, construction project systems analysis and critical issues, the project implementation plan and result, the construction project cash flow, construction projects and financing decisions, construction project economic evaluation, multiple objectives decision making of construction projects, construction project uncertainty and risk analysis, projects development with more decision-making body, etc.

Throughout the course follows the main idea: the issues raised, environmental analysis and simulation of the behavior of investors throughout the decision-making process always make decision-making skills and methods to solve critical problems in a particular environment for decision-making body of personalized service. This will set up a problem-oriented, environment-dependent, methods support, process control, risk-sharing projects investment decision model and system.
