GIS及其在房地产中的应用（36学时）课程简介

地理信息系统（Geographic Information System，简称GIS）是对地理空间信息进行描述、采集、处理、存储、管理、分析和应用的一门新兴学科。随着计算机技术、信息技术和空间技术的发展，GIS广泛应用于城市规划管理、资源管理、灾害监测、市场分析等众多领域。《GIS及其在房地产中的应用》是针对房地产经营与管理专业及工程管理专业开设的特色选修课程，也是学院研究生培养中房地产经济与管理方向的核心专业必修课。该课程的主要教学目的是帮助学生掌握空间数据采集、处理、分析和应用所必需的基本理论和基本技能。

《GIS及其在房地产中的应用》课程主要侧重于实践教学环节，实验课达32学时。课程选取目前在国内外影响最广、功能最强、市场占有率最高的ArcGIS（ArcInfo）作为教学软件，在讲授GIS基本概念、原理、方法的基础上，安排与课程内容相联系的实践教学。通过课内实验和综合练习相结合的方法，使学生在实践中掌握GIS技术，帮助学生深刻理解并掌握所学内容，具备解决实际问题的能力。

课程讲授内容主要包括ArcGIS软件体系及基本界面，地图制图及打印输出（符号化，标记和注记，打印和输出），空间数据编辑（属性表维护，数据分析与格式转换，地图数字化，图形编辑，Catalog数据库编辑与管理），矢量空间数据处理和分析（缓冲区分析和应用，叠置分析和应用，空间数据校正，数据剪裁和合并），数字高程及不规则三角网分析（TIN制作，坡度分析，表面分析），网络分析等内容。通过小型空间数据库，提供多个综合性实验案例（行政区划地图制作，房地产项目选址分析，房价影响因素分析，工程填挖方分析）指导学生进行空间分析操作、分析结果验证、解释和可视化表达，帮助学生领会并掌握GIS在解决房地产相关问题中的基本功能。

GIS and its Application in Real Estate (36 class hours)

A Geographic Information System (GIS) is a system designed to capture, store, manipulate, analyze, manage, and present all types of geographical data. GIS is attached to many operations and has many applications ranging from urban planning, resource management, emergency management, business location and retail analysis, transportation modeling etc. Learning the tools and methods for the management and analysis of geographic information is the core of this course.

Students in this course will receive extensive exposure to ArcGIS software. Substantive areas include brief introduction of ArcGIS desktop, computer mapping (symbology, labels and annotation, presenting data etc.), spatial data management (tables and figures, data editing, data conversion etc.), exploratory spatial data analysis and statistics (buffer, overlay, proximity, etc.), 3D analyst(TIN, slope analysis, surface analysis, etc.), network analysis and so on. At the same time, hands-on experience in the questions of real estate is an important part of the course. Five comprehensive exercises will help the students understand the principles and skills better.
